Editorial policy
Our rules for collecting, verifying, updating and correcting information.
Source priority
The primary source is the brand’s official website, its official announcements and verified official social accounts. Community feedback is experience data; it does not override official facts and is marked separately as a test result. Secondary sources (news, regulator notices) are used only when they do not contradict a primary source.
Verification
Every fact is confirmed against at least one official source before publication. Unconfirmed facts are either not published or clearly labelled as unverified.
Updates and dating
Every page shows a publication date and a last update date. Brand pages are updated when something changes; the change is also published as a separate update entry.
Corrections
When an error is found, the page is corrected and the update date is refreshed. Correction requests can be sent via the contact page.
Independence
Content is informational. If a brand provides a campaign exclusively for the community, this is disclosed on that brand’s page; the partnership does not affect content or trust score.
