Methodology

How brand data is collected and verified, and how the trust score is calculated.

What we record

The same fields for every brand: operating company, licence, official main domain, payment methods, withdrawal time, bonuses, support channels, apps, game providers. For bonuses we record only the rate and amount stated in the promotion headline; wagering and other terms are kept current on the brand’s promotion page and are not repeated here. An empty field means no data; we never guess.

Verification

Licence data is checked on the regulator’s verification page; payment methods, bonuses and support channels on the brand’s official site and official announcements. Advantages such as withdrawal time, bonuses and support are tested in our Telegram community with real usage feedback from members; the result is added to the brand page with a date. Facts that cannot be verified independently are labelled as a "brand statement".

Trust score (0–10)

The score is a weighted average of five components: licence and company transparency (30%), payment and withdrawal performance (25%), official channels and account security (15%), support availability (15%), community feedback and complaint records (15%). Every brand page shows the component scores and their reasoning in a table. The score is calculated independently of any brand partnership.

Update frequency

Every brand page gets a full check at least monthly. When a bonus, payment or licence change is detected, the page is updated the same day and a dated update entry is published.

Limits

ByMaxWin does not offer betting, open accounts or take money. Data is based on the brand’s official sources; the brand’s own current terms always prevail.
